Poor Old Jeremiah Wright!

As a “white-native American” Christian, I know and am friends with many black Christians!  We may or may not agree on many political issues, BUT this thing we have in common and hold as precious:  Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him!

Jeremiah Wright views Islam as being as valid as Christianity.  That is not the view of the black Church!  Jeremiah Wright does NOT represent the black Church, as if any one person represents the black Church!

Jeremiah Wright’s version of reconciliation is racial reconciliation.  That is not biblical reconciliation.  It is social reconciliation.   However, without Spiritual reconciliation through Christ Jesus, all social reconciliation shall fail!

When Wright appeared before the National Press Club (4-28-08), the moderator asked, “the Bible says that Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me” (John 14:6), do you believe that?

Jeremiah Wright responded, “The Bible also says, “Other sheep I have, which are not of this fold.” (John 10:16).

God the Father is the Creator of all, but He is not the Father of all!

Jesus also said, “You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father you will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it” (John 8:44).

In his response to Jesus being the Way, the Truth, and the Life, Jeremiah Wright denied Christ!

In avoiding answering many of the questions posed while at the National Press Club, Dr. Jeremiah Wright did what most liars do.  Instead of answering the questions, he attacked the moderator.  That is a typical ploy of liars who are afraid of the answers.

Jeremiah Wright does not represent the black Church!  The Church, regardless of color, is represented by the hearts of those who honor Christ and not by the skin color of those who simply attend a few meetings on Sunday.

Those who put skin color above the heart felt relationship with the living Christ are not part of His Church!

Jeremiah Wright has lied to those of that church, telling them Israel is an African nation.  Any geographer knows that Israel is actually part of the Asian continent!  Liars must justify their lies with other lies!

Dr. Wright quoted American Ambassador Peck in saying that America’s “chickens are coming home to roost.” The problem with that quote is that Ambassador Peck never said that!  It was just another Jeremiah Wright lie!

Jeremiah Wright has publicly said that he is being crucified because of his defense of the black Church. There is no “black” Church.  The Church is the Church regardless of the skin color of those called by Christ to worship God.  If all a building has to identify it is a sign on the front door, it is not a Church!

Jeremiah Wright railed against the Church in America due to the slavery of old, which was terrible by any standard, but he is not an African historian.  If he was, he would have mentioned the African city of Timbuktu, which was the staging area for the Muslim slave trade in Africa.  From Timbuktu, African slaves were marched to Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and other Muslim nations for sale.  If they fell along the route, they were decapitated where they fell and their neck irons left in full view of other slaves to show what happens to those who fall. That part of African history is seldom taught to America’s black citizens.

Certainly Jeremiah Wright in his fervor for Islam failed to mention it!

While Jeremiah Wright may be a black American social leader, he should never be looked on as a Christian leader.

Christ Jesus was buried in a borrowed tomb as a result of His crucifixion.

As a result of his public arrogance, Jeremiah Wright will retire to live in a 1.6 Million dollar home in a gated community with a golf course, with a 10 Million dollar line of credit!

At the National Press Club, Jeremiah Wright said that Louis Farrakhan is not his enemy. Speaking of Farrakhan, Wright said. “He did not put me in chains, he did not put me in slavery, and he did not make me this color.”  Since only God determines individual race, Jeremiah Wright must have been saying that while Louis Farrakhan is not his enemy, God is!

Jeremiah Wright was born free, lived free all of his life, has never been a slave and yet cannot abandon his slave mentality.  When he moves into his 1.6 Million dollar home in a gated community with a golf course, he will carry his slave mentality with him.
